Custom manufacturer of covers, bags, document cases, attache cases, sports bags, purses & wallets. Products are available in a wide range of colors & fabrics including sailcloth, canvas, 600D polyester, mesh & black padded polyester.

We make covers strong, lightweight for boats of all shapes and sizes. Following the Harken tradition of quality and attention to detail, each cover is individually cut and sewn using the finest fabrics available.

We take pride in our craftsmanship. All seams are triple layered and double stitched. Inside seams are overcast for additional strength and to prevent fraying. All stress and wear areas are reinforced

All covers feature 10” skirts that end below the gunnel edge and secure with 3/16”sewn-in shockcord for a snug fit. Heavy-duty nylon webbing tabs with eyelets for tie downs are sewn into the gunnel seams so no metal touches your boat.

Travel Deck Covers

Use this no-rig flat deck cover when trailering or storing your boat. The cover is reinforced at the mast, stay areas (where applicable), cleats and eyestraps to prevent wear.

Travel Mooring

This cover is for both trailering and mast-up mooring. Reinforced cutouts with YKK® buckle closures at stays and wrap-around mast collar with draw cord closures ensure a snug fit. Webbing loop(s) let you tent the cover by tying it to the boom. A durable UV-resistant polyester zipper runs from the mast to the sidestay or forestay, allowing easy on and off.

Mooring Covers

This full-deck covers fits over the boom. The cover is reinforced at fittings and other critical pressure points. Vents fore and aft circulate air to minimize condensation. Heavy-duty UV-resistant polyester zippers run to the mast and sidestays.

Cockpit Boat Covers

This cockpit Covers also tent cover installs from the front of the mast to the end of the boom to prevent wear. The cover's hem is also reinforced. Eyelets with tie downs secure the cover. With heavy duty polyester zipper makes it easy to take on and off.

Envelope Boat Covers

Envelope is a combination deck and bottom cover build for long distance trailering or storage. The cover is sewn together from the bow to the sidestays. From the sidestays aft, the cover is open. The deck flap features a reinforced hem and eyelets through which 1/4" line laces to hooks on the bottom cover flap to secure the cover.

Sail Covers

sail covers are built to last.Cover wraps snugly around the mast collar and headboard. Turn buckle fastners on the bottom of the cover adjusts for a clean fit.
