4. The prize consists of a 2012 South Bay 420CR12 pontoon
boat with a Mercury 40ELPT BF 4S EFI outboard motor. Value:
$17,692.00 (winner responsible for applicable taxes including
income, sales, and registration). There are no prize or cash
substitutions by prize winner.
5. The semi-finalists will be picked by random drawing once
a month from all entries taken at M-W Marine, Inc. The five
semi-finalists will randomly pick an ignition key. The ignition
key that fits the outboard motor will be deemed the prize
winner.
6. Winner, by acceptance of their prize, agree to release
and hold harmless M-W Marine, Inc., their respective parents
and subsidiaries, and their respective advertising, promotion
and production agencies from any and all liability, daims
or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or
losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection
with the receipt, ownership or use of the prize or while preparing
for, participating in, and/or traveling to any prize-related
